Shipping, Returns & Refund
Shipping: Most of our orders are delivered on our own vehicles. We offer a regular delivery service every 2-3 days. We can offer a SPECIAL 24 HOUR PRIORITY DELIVERY option if your order is urgent, please call 07815 292332 to arrange.
Returning Products: We will accept returns within 14-days from the date of delivery. Products may only be returned once a member of our team has accepted a return, please call 01279 600691 to arrange a return.
In order to be eligible for a return, all products must be in their original condition. If the product appears to be used, we have the right to reject these returned products. For any damaged goods that were not your fault, please contact us immediately and this will be rectified.
If the customer chooses to return goods without an approved request, please note that they may not receive a refund subject to the condition of the returned goods. If 14 days has passed since the delivery date, then the customer will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping: When returning products customers will be responsible for shipping costs that are non-refundable. If arranging your own courier for returns please make sure you include tracking and insurance to cover any damage to the products during transit.
Faulty Products: For any damaged goods that were not your fault, please contact us immediately on 01279 600691 and this will be rectified. We must be notified of any faulty products within 24 hours of delivery, faulty/damaged returns will not be accepted if 24 hours from delivery has passed. We will exchange or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
